Synopsis

The momentous events of the 20th century shaped today’s Europe. Plunged into these collective adventures, certain men and women accomplished amazing feats. Heroes or villains, they forged our History, yet we have forgotten them. This series of 20 26-minute episodes will tell their stories. Who were these individuals, where did they come from, why have they disappeared from our memories? The strands of colourful, eventful lives are woven into the tapestry of who we are. Incidents accumulate, becoming History.
